Summer Math Camp
Objective A Summer semester is organized every year in Paris during the month of June and July. See here for the Calendar of the current year.
The curriculum should be mentionned in the motivation letter when students apply here.
Summer Mathematics Camp Before the Master starts This Curriculum addresses to students who do not have the mathematics prerequisites to attend directly the Fall semester of the First year of the QEM Master or of the MMEF Degree and who want to take (or are asked to take) some courses to prepare the Fall semester.
Summer Semester offers up to 30 ECTS credits
Foreign Language Courses, Discovery of Paris and French Culture: the first of the following courses is mandatory
- FFL 1 [Basic French as a Foreign Language] = 2 ECTS credits = about 16 hours of French language and culture. No grade is given (only Pass or Fail)
- FFL 2 [Advanced French as a Foreign Language] = 2 ECTS credits = about 16 hours of French language and culture. This includes a special program of discovery of Paris and its surroundings. No grade is given (only Pass or Fail)
Scientific Courses: up to 28 credits (Still subject to some modifications)

Fees They are specific to each Curriculum.
For this curriculum, the fee of each ECTS credit will be of 150 euros for every student (European and third-country students). Most of the students will be accepted for a complete program of 30 credits for which the fees will thus be 3000 euros, with the possibility to take extra credits, and in exceptional cases to have less than 30 credits in their Summer program.
The fees do not cover copies, books, accommodation, meals, or general expenses. Students will have available University meals, access to the library and to a devoted computer lab. Moreover, the International Office has reserved University Housing at a special rate for Summer students, and will offer them their services.
